Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily shop and/or field service operations

Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians and support staff

Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and dispatch operations

Manage vendor relationships and parts procurement

Review financial performance, labor efficiency, and cost controls
-
Develop and implement operational improvements
-
Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues
Qualifications
-
3+ years of leadership experience in diesel repair, fleet maintenance, tire service, or related industry

Strong understanding of heavy-duty diesel systems and shop operations
-
Proven experience managing teams and driving performance
-
Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred for certain roles)

Experience with budgeting and operational reporting preferred
