Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing

Reconcile bank statements and financial records

Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking

Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
-
Maintain organized financial and administrative records

Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting

Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Qualifications
-
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred

Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or financial administration preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Experience with accounting software preferred
